I just ordered one of these new workstations for making tracks on, after the failure with building my own comp ive decided to get someone else to do it, lol,

these guys claim to be the best audio PC's on the market.

take a look at the specs, i only got the lowest one but they still look versatile and wicked performers.

i got one.. it's pretty good, stable (no crashes as of yet), fast and silent.. my amp makes more noise then the PC ;)
worth the extra money?
fifty fifty.. bonuses are only that it's pretty quiet and 19" rack mountable.. i'm sure there loads of others.
i got a middle range one, think it was like £1300 but it should last for the next 2-3 years i hope.

if you got the one with 256Mb ram then i would upgrade that as soon as you can afford to, i would personally put in 1G but 512Mb if you cant afford it, but apart from that it looks good

yea i told them to use the standard 2.4g spec comp but put 512mb in it.
just for the extra cash i think it was worth it,

im not getting one of there screens, no need they arnt worth the money plus i can get a good sony for that price, £280 for loverly 15inch tft.

comming in about 2 days, cant wait, lol

i have a carillion 2.4 with gig ddr ram and its wicked, as a company i have had some set up problems and they dialed into my pc via the ethernet and sorted all of them out for me,, at the time I got it the 2.4 was top spec but i ordered a 2 , but for some reason they upgraded it to a 2.4 for free ;) i love carillion :love: :love: :love: hope you enjoy your system ;)

it came yesterday. whoohoo
****ing brilliant, 2.4gh processor, 512ram, cdrw, runs like a dream, they even split my hard disk into audio and system sections for easier management.
