Unknown Forces is proud to bring you four cuts of pure unadulterated Techno from Great Britain and Holland, teaming up with AUDIO ASSAULT owners Bas Mooy and Jeroen Liebregts for this release!
Glenn Wilson is back on top again for Unknown Forces pulling a real gem out the bag with “Industrial Control” – a typical, well produced slice of tight floor driving Techno from the man - still keeps the T in Techno alive…
Distek & Zoid are welcomed to the UF family with “Welcome To The Family” – an absolute killer of a track - big rides and controlled dirt is brought together with tight filters and fx ... YUMMIE! If you are new to these boys then this introduction to their sound will keep ya wanting: loop based techno as it should be!
Bas Mooy takes hold of the AA side with a rich arrangement of sound over the ever driving rhythms that we have come to expect from 1 of Holland´s finest.
“Lazarus” is a true floor filler building and building to be unleashed after its break into a simple lock that hits ya where all good dance tunes should: in da feet n soul...
Jeroen Liegregts has a hard job to finish off the EP but comes through as he always does with “Argus Eye” - a deep stabby number that brings a great feel and space to a sound that you cant help but makes you want to move and think:
Is TECHNO finally coming back again to where it should be?
Glenn !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
