Glaswegian based artist Alex Smoke returns to leeds to soak up the summer vibes. Influenced by electronica, dub, grime and techno; Alex has release 2 albums on Soma records and recently launched his own label, Hum + Haw, which explores musical diversity and gives Alex a platform to release his more experimental works.
Musical jukebox, Rob Hall, returns to 237 for more genre hoping from the Skam man. Rob's ability to work a crowd is obvious, and having just returned from the Autechre tour, he's got plenty of newly sourced gems to unleash.
Since leaving Leeds, Rob S-Squared has been a busy boy. Producing new material, starting a record label and promoting Pollen in the big smoke. Expected industrial soundscapes, with an dubstep/techno undertone.
@ Wire, Leeds
