MAGGOT FROM GOLDIE LOOKIN CHAIN FIRST EVER TECHNO SET !

Good friend of djs such as James Ruskin and Surgeon maggot has been a keen techno head for over 10 years, having attended many of the great techno events such as voodoo and atomic jam for many years. Maggot has a keen ear for techno and has been mixing techno in private for years, now he has the chance to perform the music he loves on at the highest level at the techno experiment.

PLAYER 'LIVE' A.K.A. JON NUCCLE

Player formed their own anonymous artist label but has since gone on to release undisclosed music from some of the worlds most high profile artists; all anonymous of course. This is where house, hip-hop and electro accompany dark techno undertones – a true diversification of sound. Undercover lo-fi experimentalism at its fiercest.
This live set will be peromed by Jon Nuccle. Nuccle is not only one of the main men behind player he also one half of Cold Dust, D.O.M., Nuccle and H and has released hundreds of releases on labels such as Red Seal, Core, Primate and many more.

SPEAKER FREAKER is North Wales most upfront and fresh thinking event. In HENDRE HALL a grade 2 listed victorian farmyard built in 1860! The Buildings form a unique venue. With a amazing Long Barn - This will be the room The Techno Experiment will be taking control of, the room has a raw old feel with stoned walls and Beemed roof with with doors opening out onto the cobbled courtyard. A massive feature of Hendre is the Great hall with huge open fire and mezanine gallery is reminiscent of a medieval banqueting hall. yeh he goes to loads of techno doos he travels all over with ruskin and some times with surgeon. he has been collecting and mixing techno in private for years , labels such as Djax , Downwards , Blueprint , UR & Warm Up. Maggot also Djs all over playing all kinds of music as part of the Goldie Lookin Chain Soundsystem, so this is set to be a wicked set !

folks techno experiment has always been about out there crazy line ups that break down the walls a little... and im so happy how much people have come in there mases and enjoyed our events making so many sell outs and everyone has had a amazing atmostphere... its not all about where some one is on the flyer ... its about good techno and a good night , everyone who knows of jon nuccle knows he is a legend , the guy has made more killer records than ive had hot meals ! there is no staus thing in our flyers we just put our main difrent act first and then headliners in no real order ... lets not forget be it flyer , poster or internet post its all pr and you have to sell the party first and nothing like a head turner like maggot headlining one of the uk's biggest techno nights on tour!
Maggot is good on the decks and loves techno and has been djing it for years , the guy is freinds with people like surgeon and ruskin because he has been a die hard techno fan for years... traveling the country and world attending techno events and collecting and mixing records in his home. Yes it is insane to link a guy known for being in a piss take rap band to playing a prime time techno set and a techno night ... but its only if you look at it from one angle as truth is if it was a guy from a famous well respected band im sure he would get a better response , but also ask your selfs why shouldnt maggot get a chance to play the music he loves on this level... we are all about putting on line ups that make you go what the hell?? but as anyone who has attended our events will tell you we know that on the night the techno will be great as does the djs and thats what we set out to do .
