nice work, like your percussion, and that string sounds wicked, but i do feel the string needs to go somewhere , it sounds to static to me,
mind you it's going on me ipod to listen to again tomorrow, I'm just too tired to make any sane judgment

haha cheers for listening mate!
I have to learn how to apply filter real time to morph it throughout the track- a mate of mine suggested it.

FL is doing the same with me at the moment.
This track I'm in love with. I went a bit mad on the final take with the reverse crash, so I have taken a lot of it out, made some mid level perc loops, messed with the sub, applied some filtering and added some rising string sounds.
All in all I'm happy with my progression. I will add the new link at a later date. Although with this place being so bloody quiet I'm doubting many people will offer up any suggestions (Present posters excluded) (even though this has had 9 downloads so far)

Try Orion Platinum (http://www.synapse-audio.com/demo.php?id=1400) ... I started with this and am soooo glad I did because the interface is much easier to get a tune going on...
I did 'Acid Jack Off' straight away, like years ago when I knew pretty much jack from shit about production.. :tongue: tis ma first track on mi old MySpittle (http://www.myspace.com/littlefelladynamics) .. jus to see how quickly you can put a tune together...
Try it as you won't be disappointed

Ahhhhh...
I notice you are keeping your levels down on this one - - very good as you must stay away from the red lining your levels... just nudging into the amber on your peak level meter is the max really... this means your sounds aren't being squashed from overdrive ( you prob already knew that! ;) tis a bit quiet tho mind so bring your master up a bit :;
I'm on headphones now n tis a bit quiet but from what I can gather things are sounding pretty good, with each of your elements sitting in their own space in the mix... as in the frequency ranges
Good intro which just needs a tweek to stylise it a bit more - - I reckon something vocal which harmonises would be good... like breathing or something along those lines
I like the strings riff which denotes the title and the bass is a nice sine wave... the other elements work well and are not over done...
Have to skoot now, but this has promise... :cool:

Very nice, Its deep and stringy which i love, i'd rework the intro a little, maybe filter it a bit, a vocal sample would be cool somthing along the lines of leftfield - afro, keep working at this one mate
