Teknonotice Digital, will allow, the humble members of BOA 200MB's of free, high speed web space for mix and track hosting & sharing
Sites like "usendit" and "megaupload" let you upload stuff to the net so everyone can download it, but they make the person downloading it see adverts, and its limited both in speed and the number of times it can be downloaded.
teknonotice.com will allow you, to upload your tune to the net for you to share with all the following improvments on other sites:
No advertising
No speed limit (tis fast)
No download limit
No expiry
To join visit
www.teknonotice.com/forum
The only difference being is that the facility is based of the teknonotice.com producer forums.
The forum listings is the The sound bank. This is a forum, like any other on teknonotice.com , however, we dedicate this forum for users to upload tracks they've produced.
To upload a new track, you will need to start a new thread like normal. Title the thread as your track, and write a description if you wish.
The next step is to attach your tune. Click the PAPERCLIP icon on the message editor. Make sure you have popup blockers disabled on teknonotice.com , as this will load the attachment manager. (nb we don?t use pop-up?s to advertise. We think they're too annoying)
Use the attachment manager to attach your tune, you can also use the URL field to copy the tune from another server (as long as cross linking is enabled for that server)
The attachment manager has a list of all the different formats we allow for attaching, we allow Reason, Recycle and Cubase files so you can use our Collaboration forums to work with other infexious members on joint efforts.
There is a file size limit of 200mb, so you cant upload anything bigger than that to our forum.
Once your tunes are attached to your post, you can click ?Post thread? and the thread, with the tune attached to it will be online for the world to enjoy.
You can then either link to the thread you have posted, or copy the URL of the attachment withint the thread and link directly to that.
Unlimited downloads, no set time limit, no speed limit.
Once you have uploaded your music you can preview by using the teknonotice podcast player.
Hope this will be of use to some people - where as we do not promote an active forum for daily posts, the software utilised, plus applications integrated deliver great technology for producers & DJ's.
Peace,
Chris Knight
