Yamaha RM1x & Reason 4 set up

Hi, I have a RM1x and would like to set it up to work with Reason 4. Problem is I have no knowledge on midi & having problems with getting it to work. Ive been toying with the midi set up in the yamaha with no luck. Thanks if anyone can help me out.

Which do you want as the master- I assume the PC?
It should be pretty simple (I'll be able to talk you through it if I have my unit in front of me) but what are you trying to do, and what is is doing/not doing.
