It's one of the most well thought out tracks I think.
I'd agree with that. Out of all the tracks on the lp, this is the one that is great to listen to in its entirety.

He was on his A game back in those times, I'm sure he's still got it, just in a different avenue. Would be mint to see him return to this sound!

his old stuff supersedes his new stuff by leaps and bounds, in my opinion.
It's great that every artist learns to push his own boundaries and tries to push a new sound, but frankly, I'm not very much into his dark minimal stuff that he is releasing. Much of his new stuff has substance, but lacks the edge his older stuff has.
In the Centre of Paradise has to be one of the best releases I have heard from him in a long while.
Regardless, still an extremely talented producer.

By the way, i've always wondered how techno producers make this type of bassline in the above track. I can't hear a definite bass sound in this, but i can feel there is something down there.
My first reaction was that it was carefully EQ'd reverb on the drumkick itself.
Am I wrong for assuming this? What technique can mimick the above bass sound?
