I likes me a bit of Vitalic -- there's a live album he did where the crowd are all singing along to the riffs, which is pretty cool.

As to whether it's Acid, I'd say strictly speaking, no, though you'd hear it in an Acid set. The riff reminds me a bit of Acid Jammer II by Ant, but that's got an acid line over the top. See what you think...

it def has punk/acid ethos maybe not hard techno acid but it's a great track.
