Hi all, can anyone help me id these 2 hard trance tracks from 1996

1) im after the track at 14.14 mins in this youtube clip

...the 1st track has the vocal "all systems go" so it may be overcharge - all systems go on time unlimited but would need confirmation, its not twirdy - all systems go on future recs as ive heard that. The 2nd one im after sounds like something by pablo gargano on metropolitan music or transient recs, but i cant find it. cheers, rich
