403 Forbidden error when trying to post

Every time I try and post I get the following error: it happened a while ago but then started working again last week but now it's happening again, anyone know what the problem might be?


Forbidden You don't have permission to access /forum/newthread.php on this server.
Apache Server at www.blackoutaudio.co.uk Port 80

This can be caused by some of the protection we have in fornt of the forum, as we were getting hit by spammers etc. is it every post that you try and submit or just certain ones?

It happened every post then it randomly worked once then went back to not working again. I was able to post the other day so maybe it's sorted now.

ok if it happens again PM me your ip address at the time and a rough time it happened, il be able to check through log files then

Hi all - I'm getting the same. I just tried to post in the techo production forum and I get:

Sorry I dont keep an eye on this nearly as much as I should :-( if you can recreate it let me know what I need to put into a post to do so and il fix it
