i like the distorted percussion in the background, its got a nice groove that works really well, but im not keen on the kick or the analogue squelchy bubble kind of noises, also the hats are a bit too loud

ok, thanks dan. I'm working on it right now and will post new version soon..
Not bad at all man, but make efforts on the subbass and the cymbals 8รพ

Pretty good tune matey.
As a whole mix, it needs to be a bit brighter, everything apart from the hats is a little muddy.
There`s a lot of nice mid-range stuff in there and it needs to be separated out a bit so that the whole (low-mid to high-mid) mid range is there.
I like all the swimming ambience.
My guess is that your a making this through monitors that are very bright and top heavy, and you are over compensating your eq?

Hi,
thanx for the comment. I don't have a quality monitors, it's a bit hard work like this and fit the freqs well, eqing is the problem on this ****. Monitors are first in row for next update... money, money, money,, u know

Yeah, I hear ya mate. But I would say a good flat set of Nearfield monitors is one of the most inportant bits of kit you can get.
