How are they compared to the Phonic P 8 A's? I'm going to buy one of these, but don't know wich would be the best choice.. anyone?

I tryed both and on my studio (mind u this might b due 2 my personal taste and room acustics) and prefered the Phonics over the Alesis.

If u r about 2 use the speakears for studio use as reference monitors, I would keep away from subs. It's hard enought 2 know yer speakears and learn how they translate 2 most systems, let alone matching a sub!
