Private message not going where it should do ?

Hi,

I've been trying to send a private message since last Friday (9th July) but it didn't go. It just sat in my outbox not doing anything.

I then "edited" it, even though I didn't actually edit anything, hit the "submit button" but still nothing.

The private message remains in my outbox and doesn't get sent and then travel across to my sent box.

I need the recepient to reply as they could have valuable information on how to get Cubase SX2 working properly ! Very important !

Please can you help.
