    Even if Owen does leave, the Kopites will still have Baros (who i rate above Owen) and Cisse, who is still un-proven in the Prem but looks like a good prospect...

    Gerrad has just signed a new contract hasn't he? Surely he would of jumped ship already if he was going to?

    As for Owen leaving. It's more complicated than that. I think Real Madrid & Barcelona want him, but havent Madrid been the only team that have bidded for him? £10million plus Morientes?

    Barcelona are planning a bid as well apparently.
