sx and processor trouble

hi We are having some trouble with sx

1 is when we press solo/mute on the mixer or channel sx has trouble playing the track, the procesing of the sounds seems to be more difficult compared to when we play without muting/solo-ing. VST perfomance just shoots from 50% to max

2 is when we resample stuff and put it in a new sampler after taking out the old one(s) and using shorter samples or sample dif layers into one sample the processing doesn't seem to get any better

sounds like a dodgy copy of the software...

or maybe a bug from an old version, check for Soundcard's updated drivers just in case!
