If Man Utd lost that match they would of been below Newcastle (as highlighted on SkySports). This shows how its far to early to be writing teams off. Originally Posted by dee

Chelsea slipped up against Villa, or rather Villa did fantastic to force out a draw. Drogba looks like he isn't going to be a 20+ goal a season player, bit of waste of £24 million. A better solution would of been to of signed Alan Shearer and Michael Owen for £24 million, they would of devasted teams. Not that Newcastle or Liverpool would two of the best english strikers go to Chelsea, or that those players would leave for Chelsea.
Interesting that Defoe didn't get signed by Man Utd, Arsenal, Chelsea etc... £7.5 million seems a bargain for Spurs given how well he is doing.(\\__/)
