    Default Kick effects

Whilst me and a mate, were working on a new track yesterday we come across a slight error.

As it was a Hardstyle tune we had a kick with Reverse Gate on to give the give some extra hardness and niceness to the tune.

When we got to the bassline section we decided to take off the Reverse Gate as we thought it would clash with the base.

Now the kick sounds very bare indeed and not as exciting as when it was part of the intro.

    Any tips?

;) No worries, love the rolling sounds that technique you describe makes, sorta 'whump whump' not 'thump thump'
