Default Nifty Addon for the Fruity Loops Randomizer

    Hi!

Found this a while ago and thought i'd share it with you:

    Especially useful for Basslines

    Open up c:\Program Files\FLStudio4\System\Config\Chords.map

(change to appropriate dir if different, of course  )

with an editor, such as notepad and add the following line (with the commas) to it, making it the first line in Chords.map:

    ,one note,

It should then read sth. like this:

    ,one note,
    ,-
    Major,Major,4,3
    Suspended 2nd,sus2,2,5
    ......

Now you can select 'One note' in the Fruity-Randomizer 'Scale/Chord' window... the one where it reads all those funny names as 'Aeolian' and so on ;)

Give it a try, it can give you random basslines/synthlines/whatever in no time, experiment....

no, the dots are just the following lines, if i had pasted them, the post would have been 10 pages long or so, it means something like ''etc''., you know

so, the only thing you have to do in order to get this to work is paste:

    ,one note,

as the first line into Chords.map .

    Ask, if still unclear...
