but i do have tons and tons of vsts on my mind, i just have to look for the
    links to them...

btw, synth 1 is rather well-known, so i needed no special knowledge of japanese language to find it...
Yeah maybe to you, but all of this whole VST stuff is new to me. I am a wav based producer mainly. I have samples from just about every synth ever made, and I just plug them into whatever sequencer I'm using.

i didn't mean to offend you , just stating that it is a rather popular synth freeware and well-spread, as well ;) ;)

glad you're enjoying your trip into the vst-world, m8

I used to use it a while ago, and found it a little unpredictable at times - and quite CPU intensive.

Very good on the whole though.

Metal Mickey is a sequenced, synced delay unit.

An 8 step sequencer drives the delay time. This is the matrix of red LEDs at the top. The delays are synced to host tempo. Changing the matrix values changes delay time for the given sequencer step.

A second sequencer, running at the same speed, controls the delay feedback. This is the row of 8 sliders underneath the Delay time matrix.

The sequencer has a number of features... random stepping, mulitplication and division of speed, adjustable slide (from one value to the next) and a an adjustable loop point.

The higher delay times can be tuned using the Tuning slider.

The wet signal then passes through a multimode filter, a low pass filter and a high pass filter (this allows you to really 'shape' the delay line).

Finally the dry and wet signal can be mixed as required.

There are also 2 dedicated LFOs.

    MadShifta

This new mad contraption does lo-fi pitch-shifting and mental feedback effects!! It even has midi control over the pitch shifting.

i know dfx has been named before, but this in particular is so good:

    dfx Buffer Override

Buffer Override can overcome your host app's audio processing buffer size and then (unsuccessfully) override that new buffer size to be a smaller buffer size. It makes a lot more sense if you just try it out and hear what it does. It can sound like a stuttery vocoder or a stuck beat shuffler or many other delightful things. In certain hosts, you can also "play" Buffer Override via MIDI notes and even sync it to song tempo.

    dfx Skidder

Skidder turns your sound on and off. While that may not sound very rewarding, you have a great deal of control over the rate, pulsewidth, on/off slope, panning width, etc. You can also relinquish some control to randomization. Skidder can also sync with your song tempo and can be triggered by MIDI notes.

    The Modulator 2

A comprehensive modulation effect, offering 3 types of modulation of audio signals: amplitude modulation, ring modulation, and frequency modulation. There are three audio sources, all of which may be used as either the modulator signal, or the carrier signal (and in some cases, both simultaneously). Also includes a fairly comprehensive MIDI implementation. The GUI is by Tomasz Kaye, of Redshift Media. (C++)

    BREAKDOWN

breakdown is a filter cycler based on the tweakbench 8step cycle engine. it uses 16 variable state filters, each individually toggleable and adjustable. breakdown cycles your audio through them in succession at a variable rate always synced to your tempo. version 1.5 adds an improved randomizer, and some minor CPU usage reductions.

    Kriptonia

The incoming audio is first processed by an encryption algorithm, based on the displacement of frequencies along the audio spectrum, and then it passes through a comb fiter and a SV filter. This SV filter can be modified by using a 16-step LFO, which controls filter frequency, filter resonance and encryption mode.
