It is a sad day for english football, though you could say it serves them right for being floated on the stock exchange... I don't want to see the biggest, dare I say most prestigious clubs picked off by rich foreigners who are motivated by money though... I mean it couldn't happen to Arsenal since we're not a plc, but it'd be crap if we had to follow suit or be uncompetitive purely because other teams were buying success...
