yeah i heard a set a few months old that had that dnb version, sounded ok i guess, nothing too special
oh and the remix is actually done by Raiden
There's a lot of interesting stuff happening in D&B
A lot of artists are pushing for a much more techno influenced sound.
Raiden just did a very sound remix of murder was the bass.
And apparently they are now working on remixes of energy flash, and a lot of old Beltram stuff.
Most of the people I know involved in D&B go out to techno, but make and dj D&B.
Same here, and vise versa.. I luv good evil, dirty dnb, just never really got into spinning or producing it..Originally Posted by Jay Pace
yeah, i've been listening to alot of Noisia lately, those guys are top notch
I sort of get more enjoyment out of goin to dnb nights these days but i still buy & play techno.
interesting.Originally Posted by Jay Pace
had this discussion a while back, noting the similarities with techno and drum and bass, despite their obvious differences.
Dylan did a rework of Energy Flash way back in 2000, it was quite good too...Originally Posted by Tremor
