it looks amazing, i've only watched the dvd of the timearp set as i'm 'saving' the main event til i can just sit back, relax and immerse myself in it- no point rushing in, got to make the most of it-can't imagine listenting to another mix as genre-defying as this is meant to be for a good few years!

got a copy the last weekend, played it in the record store about 20 times......

The first few times after listening, I always heard "more" tracks. It's definitely mental.

    good jerb.

Aye, love the Mullet, surely that thing must have a name, i need to know what to ask for when I'm down the barbers.
back in the 80's we used to call that haircut "the one eyed california surfer cut".
more like the princess diana wedge though isn't it?

we used to call it the "tony hawk" cut. reference 80's pics of hawk and you'll see what i mean.

every skater newb in the WORLD had that cut back in the 80's, along with those hideous vision streetwear pants...ack...

This mix is the business. Starts pretty slowly, and chilled, but builds up. Particularly liking "Do u know Dimbi?" with the Dimbiman and Slam samples. I also like the fact that Richie has provided for everyone - the mix is on cd, on dvd, with 5.1, on mp3 for your ipods etc. Nice to have it on various formats (and for less than a tenner!). I also ripped the Timewarp set, so that´s another mix as well. All good stuff!

It isn't inteded for anything else.

About time people started producing techno that isn't entirely focussed on the dancefloor.

superb stuff. love the videos as well. the whole mix sounds so full its untrue. would love to see a set like this in a club.i think there could have been a bit more visual stimulie for the 5.1 mix though.

has anyone listened to this mix on a decent 5.1 setup yet???

Heard it on 5.1 at Sonar on an utterly gorgeous Dynaudio setup.

You forget quite how intensely beautiful sound and rhythmn can be when its done properly.

I sat there with shivers running up my spine. Sublime stuff. Its a shame that few people will actually hear this album in its full majesty.

we set up a pretty impressive 5.1 set up on the weekend to listen to it how it was intended.

    blown away.

    Got this today, fcuking wow.

Hawtin is an utter genius, brilliant stuff. I wanna buy a proper surround sound system to listen in 5.1 tho now.

Top stuff, again Hawtin takes techno to a completely different level.

i've been playing this to death on my ipod (love the fact that he included an extended mp3 mix), great stuff here.

the whole package is great, the dvd, mp3, cd--rare to see such a complete and high budget product for techno. say what you want about his hair--this is a great package for the money.
