    Default claude young

i thought i remember seeing a post from him sometime earlier this year saying he was going to quit techno and do humanitarian work?

Was just curious how that panned out for him, seeing that he still seems very active in dj'ing and producing, according to his website.

Anyhow, more power to him. Im looking forward to hearing his new music.

i don't think the plan was ever to leave techno altogether, nor was it b/c of humanitarian work. it was just some unclear statement about not djing anymore. or apparently not djing as much.

i think he is spending more time in japan and working on all the multimedia stuff.

Claude did actually say he was jacking everything in to concentrate on humanitarian work, i remember it vividly. I think the response to this and the restoration of his faith in the scene has obviously forced him to continue what comes naturally

He never quits the music biz. He's working on a few projects right now and finishing off albums.
Plus he's performing again, most of the performances are all happening in Japan.
