    i know this might be a toughie but does anyone have any links to a quality piano emulation vst?

    any help appreciated

    IT's not a freebie, and I've been meaning to do a review for it here, but try snagging Native Instruments' "Akoustic Piano." It's, more or less, a glorified sampler with some interface features geared towards piano emulation. They basically sampled a shitload of keys from 4 different pianos. It sounds beautiful. I've been using it a lot.

    Tried all of those. Still tink Akosoutic Piano sounds the best. Only gripe I have with it is that it's a bit of a ram hog.

    I would say edirol orchestral is about the best.
    It`s a rompler, but the quality of the samples is really really good.
    Lots of proper orchestral stuff on there too, I use it a lot for my cinematic arrangements.
