I remember seeing loads of photos of Mark with mobile phone keypads in his mouth. Was that the in thing within the techno scene once? :lol:

Eternity mag was amazing.. Proper underground!!
I'll always remember Mark's techno reviews - completely bonkers rants like - "this tune will wait till you've gone out to the shop, then rip off all your wallpaper, smash up your granny's favorite tea pot and piss on your bed, before hiding in your cupboard so it can jump out and scare the life out of you when you get back before it hammers nails into your eyes!!" .... brilliant!
Great to see he's still as techno crazy as ever.
On the subject of Mr EG, I finally figured out to get those podcasts working (yeah, I'm a bit slow!), but I have to say - excellent stuff Mark! very well done... I like the way he plays a couple of new releases and maybe an old favorite at the start and DOESN'T mix them... great to hear a techno tune just play from start to finish - kind of lets you hear it for what it is. Good idea. ... and playing some unsigned/up and coming material - nice to see new people getting a bit of coverage... and then the interviews... interesting stuff - a nice cross section of styles - looking forward to hearing more... then a mix from the guest...
Nice format. well executed. WELL DONE MARK!

I stopped buying M8 when it turned into a wankfest lad's mag with Jo guest on the front cover, and every issue was about trendy house nights like Miss Moneypenny's etc
They let a lot of people down.
