Newcastle have just confirmed Owen will have an examination tommorrow and a scan on Sunday
Sven will stick with what he knows. Defoe and Crouch....Shite

I'm gutted about Rooney and Owen - i really thought we could win this world cup or come very close with our best 11. At that level you need world class goalscorers and we have not got any that can replace them. Crouch and Defoe will do a job but they are not matchwinners.
