i agree for the main part
there;s a LOT of crap around and believe me i hear nearly all of it
cos everyone thinks i'm this big acid fan
but actually i just like music
and when it's done well acid is great
but when it's just a wailing wall of tedium
    it's a waste of space.

    acid house was my favourite
but now it sounds a bit dated
then for me hardfloor made the transition to acid trance
which for a while was really good, early noom's stuff like that
then we got stuck in with our acid techno and the acid scene retroverted to more minimal stuff which to be honest never really turned me on that much. but i think london acid at that point had it's heyday.

but now it's like ...come on.
i mean i did this thing for vicious circle a little while ago and to be honest it took me fvckin ages to do the acid line and i ended up with the most simple one becuase i just couldn't think of anything new to do with it.
and i wouldn't really have gone for a 303 at all if they hadn't specifically asked me to.

but every so often someone does make a great acid record
the drumcode 26 was great apparently there's a big acid scene in germany
which is getting stronger. woody mcbride does the odd
one and there's the odd one from london too
suf 62 the b side is fvcking ace!
it's tricky to find stuff out there but i would agree for the main part acid has become a bit "souless"

I lost interest in the acid techno scene a while back. The tunes became too grating/anal. They used to be interesting but just seem now to be repetative. Heard DDR (it could of been Geezer I can't remember) it seemed like the same record for an hour. Gave me a nasty gurn.

    Do ya like Hardstyle?

Some of those tunes have got some awesome acid lines but have bounce alongs side aggression. Uberdruck for example is awesome.

Heard your last Live PA in Leeds and it remided me of the old days.

Henry do you remeber Havok? Never missed one for the first two years.
