we had a similiar thing last year at the electric picnic festival.. bloody mental looking! 3 djs on stage playin and the crowd all dancing to differant beats and chearing at differant times. the confusion was hilarius. great fun!
seems really fun
So. Behind their eyes the hope in them was sickening, and in many, dead. They lived from event to event with a subtle terror of the gap between, filling up their lives with distractions to avoid the emptiness where curiosity should have been, and breathing a gasp of relief when the children passed the point of asking questions about what life was for.
yeah Ive heard about this at parties before, im sure at big festivals they usually got the silent rave bit , where everyones wearing headphones.
i dont think its a great idea to be honest, its more fun being in a crowd and all dancing to the same dj , surely?

well not only that, but there's also health issue, isnt it?
I mean, I'm not too sure how good it is for your ears to use the same headphones dozens of people did before you... specially on a party... some people sweat a lot...
not me, thank god :cheese:

Dear god...
Give me 18inch bass cones everytime.
Interesting idea... but a total anathema.
they did it at glasto last year. Meant they could go all night and not upset the locals.
Was quite fun, tuning into the same dj as all your mates, then tuning into the other guy, and watching them dance too fast!
I think its a cool idea. The quality of the headphones didn't really bother me. I suppose without the reverb of the room/tent it wasn't too bad quality really.
At least it stops dealers whispering in your ear!!
