Default ID'ing records using numbers / codes on run out...

Is there any where or any way I can find out a record name by using the numbers / code on the run out?

The track I am looking for is a single sided release, with a black centre label with no information or writing, and in a plain black sleeve. The DJ who played it told me he had bought it in Holland, and had no idea what it was. I took the number from the run out groove which was:

    03375 1A WL045

The tune was a really jazzy techno / tech house track with some mad build ups and saxophone samples.

Anyone know what it is, or how I can find out using the number from the run out?

    Please help!

Thank you. I will look around the online shops and Discogs then.

Just realised it samples an old Hawtin track. :)
