    Interesting idea, but it seems like massive overkill.

    The problem with conventional touchscreens, unlike the Lemur, is that they can only register one touch at a time. Imagine a MIDI controller where you could only use one knob at a time!

    The Lemur can register multiple touches, so you could - in theory - use all ten of your fingers at once.

    Yeah I noticed that after I posted, and had a look on the Lemur website. Looks like there's no cheap alternative to the real thing, so looks like it's loan time, I wonder what I'd get for the cat..
