    Default rhythm technologies dirty place

    first mix on this one.

having listened back the hats are a little high and the bass could come up a touch.

and i need to work on the edits a bit aswell..

    any other ideas/criticisms/suggestions?

cool stuff baz... nice n tuff n chunky...
the balance seems spot on, but you could maybe open up the mids a bit more, give them a bit more presence... maybe an after EQ thing.

the bassline is a killer too nice1!

1 question tho.. how come you always have loads of crash cymbols in your tracks.. ? is it an acid techno thing? i think your tunes could beneft with the plethora of other synth or vocal stabs & hits that could do the job!

crash cymbols are so last decade! :briggin:

    but yes..this is nice work

i guess the crash thing comes from drumming? and listening to acid techno...

i just like the sound of a crash to emphasise the beginning of a bar i guess..

    new mix up..

edits done and mixdown sounds quite smooth now. took out a little bit of percussion, seems to give the track more room to breathe and i think it works the groove better.

good stuff man. that bassline is so sick. also love the hats. their nasty, but not harsh.

production as always is spot on.

    NICE ONE.
