The law is not the private property of lawyers, nor is justice the exclusive province of judges and juries. In the final analysis, true justice is not a matter of courts and law books, but of a commitment in each of us to liberty and mutual respect. - Jimmy Carter
With parallels i would estimate the performance drop is around 40%
not good.
but then.. ya cant have everything now can you!
you gotta remember you are running two OS's simultaneously.
as for bootcamp
XP absolutely ROCKS on a macbook.. VERy VERy fast.
a) have you tried vista via boot camp?
b) with parallels, what types of programs seem to have the most drop off? i imagine cubase will not function well via parallels, but what about less intensive programs like fl studio?

anyone know if firewire drivers were sorted in bootcamp/parallels/fusion?
remember that being an issue that steered me away from the blue screen of death.
