I think it went to 5 sets, muster won it, super match.
Agassi : Sampras - US open 2001 - 4 sets , all breakers no break of serve in the whole match, both player were 40+ in winners, super match
Becker : Pioline - winbledon 96 i think

The French Final 2007 between Nadal and Federer was a good match think Nadal won 3-2 in sets.

the best i;ve ever seen was a re-play of bjorn borg v. john mcenroe at wimbeldon in the 70s. ridiculous. nothing like it since IMO
