I would like to learn to scratch and beat juggle etc but its one of those things that people do to show off rather than necessarily add to the music. Don't get me wrong its bloody impressive and i would love to be able to do it, but it just seems like showboating more than anything else.
thats what being at the top is all about. showboating your skills!
dear DJ craze
I dropped a record on the floor last night and stepped on it
now it's got a huge scratch on it
does that make me a turntablist?
* dj craze mutters "if i had a nickel".......and walks off in disgust *
love your mum
Hellfish.
A person belonging to one or more Order is just as likely to carry a flag of the counter-establishment as the flag of the establishment, just as long as it is a flag. --P.D.
@clubsynthetic, yes Thomas Krome is expensive(or was), but worth every bean mate, get on it!
Murphy ftw. Hands down the most technical techno dj out there.
For Turntablism i would say Q-BERT or A-track.

^^ i agree, murphy can be technically excellent but i find he tries to do too much sometimes when theres a simpler option and this can lead to some very gringeworthy moments.. although i must stress that these are very few and far between.
