hi alll,

i sent back my motherboard to komplett.ie and just recieved a replacement.

however, the new one a different bus speed to the old one so i just want to double check that everything's compatible. any help appreciated.

this was the faulty one:

argh, I see you already have AMD, haha.

hmm, 1 possible problem is, that Gigabyte has AM2+ socket, but your chip is compatible with AM2 motherboards.better check if AM2 chips works fine with AM2+ motherboard sockets.
