KRK Rockit 8 G2
They're not quite 700w but for the price and size they're f*ckin awesome. Studio Monitor rather than a PA.
700W?
Thats pretty hefty mate. If you want something decent expect to pay around a pound a watt
These would be a good investment:

The resale value would be very high, but you could probably pick some up second hand as well. Much better off going with a good brand 2nd hand than something budget and new.
Avoid all the cheapy PA types - they sound shit and don't last. If you want 700W you need to pay a decent whack to get a decent speaker.
Buy something decent, and you'll make your money back when you sell them. You can also rent the powered ones out really easily - just plug in and play. Dead simple.
ok mates thanks. The Mackie option is bit expensive for me now i'm reading about them and the people have nice opinions and the KRK also sound well. I have to think about it.
Any more options?
The KRKs are great, I use that model for production but they won't be enough for a party.
For PA ideally shop around for 2nd hand Mackie, or failing that JBL and RCA do pretty decent powered monitors.
If you have to have loads of power on a budget you could go for Behringer, KAM or Soundlab but you'll be buying budget stuff. Will be noisy - depends where your priorities are.
Basically if you want decent sound and quality budget a pound a watt.
If you want cheaper, you'll have to compromise on either sound quality or power rating.
Other thing to bear in mind is that cheap stuff usualyl over rates its perfomance, with new buyers in mind. 700W sounds impressive, but it often doesn't mean much as the sound pressure will depend on the drivers, the build of the cab, the quality of the amplification etc etc.
How much have you got to spend?
About 1000 euro but have in mind I don't want it to produce I don't looking for a real sound. You know what i mean? thanks.
when you say small parties,do you mean house parties, outdoor parties or small halls and stuff?
I've always fancied a set of cerwin vegas for my house
of course, you could alwys build your own with a nice solid box.
hi, I mean outdoor , little squat parties, you know.
It'd work out cheaper in the long run to source the speaker parts and timber and build your own. Thats what I'm doing at the moment.

Building your own can be fun - but you need a lot of space, equipment, patience and knowledge. Do it for the love of it, not as a practical way to cut costs.
For 1000 euros you could buy powered JBLs, Mackies (2nd hand) or poss some RCFs that would kick out a punchy loud sound and do a nice job at little parties.
Here ya go:

Buy two and still have change left out of that 1000 euros for some stands and covers
Just check on ebay for powered PA speakers, always loads of good deals. Stick to a good brand and you'll not have any worries
