So with the new year under way, Clubbed Up Radio takes on another year on air with style by providing you yet again with another jaw dropping show complete with the best soundtrack in the wonderful world of electronic music. January celebrates Clubbed Up Radio’s 9th birthday and through out this month we will have more exclusives from the highest profile DJs!

Our first guest DJ for tonight…. Yousef

Having made his name in by winning Muzik Magazine’s Bedroom Bedlam DJ competition back in 1999, its been nothing but a dream ride to success ever since. Cream took on Yousef the following year giving him a room of his own each week to form, sculpture and craft his style and reputation making him the countries hottest resident. His love of house music has taken many angles over the years, keeping up front and ahead of the game through out his career; it is that passion that spurned on his latest venture.
The revelation that is the hugely rising “Circus” night in Yousef’s home city of Liverpool has created an impact on the country that could only rival that of Hiroshima. Yousef has turned what was meant to be a local place to play for him into one of the leading players through out the UK bringing DJs such as Carl Cox, Laurent Garnier, Fatboy Slim, Jeff Mills, Paul Woolford, Roger Sanchez, Groove Armada and a whole host more to the club and firmly placing Liverpool back on the map for the place to be for music. This, amongst his globally known reputation which has allowed him to play all round the world has made him one of Britain’s finest DJs and a pleasure to welcome to the Clubbed Up Studios.

Warming up the show, we have Mr Henry Von

Henry provided us with one of our personal favorite mixes from last year, it was only fair to get him back on the show and have his talents showcased once again. It was Fergie that first discovered Henry’s skills having originally putting him on a series of Excentric parties which has projected his career which has including warming up for Fergie at Godskitchen and Sister Bliss at Colours, Scotland initially, and a relentless amount of impressive bookings to follow including being billed next to the likes of Slam to Adam Beyer, Troy Pierce to Claude Von Stroke, Phil Kieran, Gregor Tresher, Anderson Noise, Tom Pooks and The Japanese Popstars. Henry is most defiantly the future of the scene and an honour to have on the show once again.

Danny Roberts and James Burn will be back as usual hosting the show, providing you with the latest clubbing news, firm and honest comments about rubbish music and club listings for the forthcoming weekend.
