What do you mean by digi?

    SPDIF?

Why do you want 4 digi outs?

Might be able to help more if I know what you need it for...

you're looking for SPDIF as jay said

    http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/SPDIF

the only card i know of off hand is this
    http://www.rme-audio.com/english/hdsp/hdsp9652.htm

but you're talking big bucks and it only has 3.

why exactly are you looking to use digital connections? the only real gain to be had (outside using it for sync) is noise shielding from mechanics such as cd motors.

Hercules have a pretty decent reputation. Sure it will be fine.

Still don't quite understand why you want digi outputs though, signal is going to get converted to analogue eventually, and by using analogue outs from a decent card you can regulate the quality of the converters.

Good as pioneer are, they DA converters aren't the finest...

You don't need to spend that much tbh....

M-audio do "4 in 4 out" soundcards that work really well and are well priced.

Go higher up the scale and MOTU do great cards and units.
