Default About to interview the Human League :)))))

OK guys, looks like I might get the opportunity to interview the Human League in the next few weeks.

I didnt get far with sensible suggestions for Ben Sim's interview so I just fired off a load of my own questions but I thought I'd ask again for this interview and see if you can do any better this time.

If anyone's gotta anything they'd like asking, let me know here.

    wow!!!

that's amazing. ask them about their use of using analog only sequencers for production, and what features they'd wish for in the near/long term future.

are they finding their fans getting older / fading away? maybe ask about their theories of constantly attracting new fans (since they've been at this for so long).

they've been through many fads and fashions over their long career, maybe get them to talk about they're favorite moments or memories. and what they predict for the future.

or ask some political/current event questions maybe? they're well read.

    just a few thoughts,

Ask Phil Oakey what really happened when he and Martin Ware fell out, I would love to know! And did they ever make up? What did he used to think of Heaven 17? Did he really anticipate what a great reaction they would get at their live gigs this year, or did they do the gigs in a kind of cash in on the nostalgia way?

And lastly, what's his favourite comedy series?

God I LOVE Phil Oakey, I walked past him backstage at this year's V Festival and he's still as fit as f*ck. Actually ask him if he minds if fans bounce up to him and tell him how ace he is, and then if I ever see him again I'll now whether it's ok todo it or not :D

    Kinda yes, kinda no.
Retro is still big, hence all the 80`s style club nights splurting up through the bubbling cesspool of doom.

Early Human League was basically post punk with an electronic edge. They got poppier later on.

+1 on Synth Britannia. Excellent 90 minute watch. Nice to see Throbbing Gristle getting some coverage.

Yes, was great to see Chris and Cosey interviewed. Another vote for Synth Britannia from me.
