Can anyone tell me what the best format is to ensure maximum audio/video quality once uploaded and how to get the HQ/HD buttons?

HD button is displayed automatically after uploading h.264, mpeg-2, mpeg-4, 1280 x 720 (16:9 HD) videos.
as audio is part of the video, it is streamed MPEGTS, but offcourse, you set the bitrate within the video editor before rendering, so you can choose 320kbit mp3 and all should work fine."Computer games don't affect kids, I mean if Pac Man affected us as kids, we'd all run around in a darkened room munching pills and listening to repetitive music."
