Re-downloading tunes from beatport

Dunno how ive managed to do this one but ive lost a whole file of great techno.... no back up, no were to be seen, big time gutted!

anyways the whole file was from an order from beatport - it was months ago, anyone ever emailed them to see if they will allow you to re-download or had any experience with something like this.....?

its my only option to email them cause i want the tunes back badly....!

usually really good with back ups etc but not this time!!

Think you've only got a few days after purchase to re-download i think :(

yeah mate, but was looking for a good will gesture from them.... doubt it will work but its worth blagging it anyways

Good luck... I know they've said no to people in the past. No harm in trying though, maybe they've changed policy since then.

sent them a couple of emails but no reply, went on to beatport to buy them again there the now and what ye know the tunes are there ready to download :) happy days!!
