1st feelings:
the kick drum need to be less mid .. take away a bit of the mid and you've got yourself a seriously good track....
also (a mnuch smaller critisism) the open hi hat could be more prominamt (use reverb perhaps for this????)
definitely the kick is the problem....
this is really great stuff ... i'm proud to have you on the board...
please keep posting your stuff....

tip: use a spectrum anylyser and get the kick sounding good... make it sit with bass beautifully.........!!!!

Thanx 4 the compliment - all my flatmates r into heavy rock so it's hard 2 get knowledgable opinions!
I'm already on it with the kik, ur dead rite - 2 much mid, I'll post a revised copy sometime 2morrow. Where do I get a spectrum analyser (in software)?
I've also turned up the open hat, works a treat - thanx 4 the advice! :D
