    Default Novation A station

    Bought one very very cheap, is my first venture down the hardware road, Was told you can load sounds into it?
    Is this true? and how is it done?

    yeah you can get patches for it, i remember there being a few banks for it on the novation website http://www.novationmusic.com/nov_rou...ser/user_1.htm

    its essentially a k station inside so i think you can load k station patches into it too but i may be wrong

    one thing i would say though with it being your first synth is to no bother with presets and start making your own sounds, or at least start fro ma preset in the area you want to work from, bass, lead etc and change it to how you want.

    You can also use the Vstation as a controller if you hook it up to the PC via midi. And Vstation is only about £49 in Soundcontrol at the mo - or was the other day.

    I love my Astation, but it's a pig to program - not enough knobs for the amount it does... ...bu then guess that's why it's so cheap.
