sorry guys but it does annoy me a little to see selfish ppl who want everything thier way.

this whole "i dont like ppl with large signitures so i'll wind them up" attitude is a little childish i reckon.

No-ones being selfish, just re-read the thread and see the pro's and cons of having them.

Not wanting to get rid of them, when people could get sacked from their jobs is selfish, not vice versa. (See Patricks point above).

its about getting your message out to ppl. which is what this entire forum is all about. some ppl dont have time to read every word on the forums, so when they see a picture it sticks in their mind more.

There are sections of the forum for "getting the message out" aren't there?

If the message isn't interesting enough to draw people in using a thread or user profile designed for that purpose then perhaps the product should be reconsidered. Certainly pushing ghastly images onto the screen with every post is not the way to do it. It's disrespectful, unsightly, and only serves to further cement BOA's image as a forum full of unworldly pre-teens.

The only thing that sticks in my mind seeing some of the images all over this thread is how people seem to have no sense of aesthetics or subtlety. The last thing it does is interest me in their product...quite the opposite. Are your bedrooms painted lime green with pink stripes?

i go on another site which on my personal settings page i have a choice to be able to hide Signatures in Forums,however i duno if that would be to much trouble to sort out on boa..........just an idea.

i dont mind making mine smaller or even get rid of them if there causing so much upset to ppl :roll:
i think the sigs on boa are ok compared to some ive seen .
mine maybe pointless but i like them
