sometimes.
sometimes?
sometimes worth the effort. i've had fun seeing him and i've not. but if you never have, you might as well. he's very smooth & likely to play all sorts of stuff
If you're after a good acid house set then I would recommend seeing him. The last time I heard one of his sets it was little dis-jointed at parts but this was about 2 years ago so may have improved since then.
liked higher states and all that - saw him once, good DJ but dull tunes - so if his set is okay then I'd recommend. check Josh's Top 10 (Oct 2003)
1) Wink "oakish"
2) John Tejada "Various" Toiling of idle hands LP
3) Mauro Picotto "Playing Footsie"
4) Sting "Send your love" (wink minimal interpretation)
5) Tres Demented "Demented Drums"
6) Señor Coconut "Smooth Operator" (Agoria mix)
7) Phil Kieran "Youth"
8) Will Dawson "Under the water" (chiken lips trax dub)
9) Chem Bros. "Nude Night"
10) Stefan Goldmann "Shimmer"
is that what yer like?
can honnestly say i dont know any of them tunes (but then i'm awful with track names )

haha
not sure what u mean but i'll try and get it some how,
saw josh play at glastonbury 2000 and really enjoyed it, not heard him before then or since,
but i love oakish big time , acid house minus the 303 :!: :?:
i ment i felt it hadnt really progressed much in that time
maybe i'm just being over fussy or maybe years of hardhouse as a kid has killed off my taste buds
joking aside tho - i did enjoy it
Ive had the chance to see him 3 times, 2 in SF and once in Minnesota, he is really quite an amazing dj IMO. but i haven't had a chance to catch him since 2001 so im not up to date on his current playing, the 97 and 99 times i saw him were incredible!
i just heard his "Twenty" album i think its called and it is right up my alley clean and precise!
Thumbs Up For Josh in my book.
