Default Damon Wild - Bang the Box

anyonje remember this? what an amazing record!

If anyone has this cut, and dont like it sell it to me..

Also, Wild's "Red Moon", a similiar sounding acidic release. Synewave were and are really really pushing boundaries. wicked label..

Do you mean "Bang the acid" by Wild and Taylor originally on Synewave and re-released on Missile? I have a spare copy of it (Missile 33)but you're talking SEEEEEERIOUS $$$ to tempt me to part with it...

I don't know the track Red Moon by Damon Wild but I know Red Dog (on Synewave 10" release) which I have but not spare...

Loooove the old NY/Midwest acid shit... Missile, Communique, Analog - Artists like Wild, McBride, Freddy Fresh...

Then keep your eyes peeled fr the new Communique Acid House comp! Some serious good acid cuts on this. Bang the Acid is a great track! So is Synewave 001, but i can't remember the name of the track at the moment. I'll have to look. Hyperactive used to play it all the time.

AWESOME! Have you sent it in already? I know the deadline was May 1st. He's looking for trippy, mind expanding Acid House. Between 125-130 bpm. I hope you make it onboard! It would be an honor to have your name on there too!

I have the one sided synewave record of Bang The Acid. I got it in a collection that I bought for only one record, the 4 hero remix of SOALDLE Peace & Lovism. I didn't like all those early synewave records I got in that crate but they did grow on me a bit. I didn't know that Bang The Acid record was in such high demand. I remember hearing that record played out an aweful lot when I used to go to those parties. Its kind of a nice tune but not as good as 1992 ardkore and 1993 darkside.

Yeah, top notch tune. Don't know about the term 'old skool acid' But its a sure killer.
I have been trying to sell "stormwatch' -Advent remixes on Synewave 20 for a while on ebay. I have posted it about 5 times.
If any one wants it, PM me. :!:

Bang the Acid is probably one of my favourite techno tracks of all time.
I'm totally cursed by this record though.
Its hard to get and i managed to get a copy in sonic groove in nyc about 7-8 years ago only for some c*nt to nick it a party some years later. Then i paid st£15 for the remixes on synewave,(also very rare) and dropped a speaker on it making a big crack in the record!! So its not to be!

Synewave is and was an amazing label. I have most of their releases and yeah reckon its my favourite label. Damon Wild, excellent producer and DJ.
Reckon hes better then plastikman for the 303 action. Close call though. Maybe for another thread ;)

Not sure but I think thats carl craig or was that track "jack the box". Memory is not clear on this one. But yeah bang the acid sampled that one.
